I only received my Hooga two days ago, and am impressed with everything I see about this Red Therapy device. It is even possible I have been using it more than the recommended time, but is like anything new and good, you get a bit addicted to it. As for long-range benefits, it is only two days since I got it, but so far it is everything I hoped for. I also made the right choice in picking a smaller target device than a whole body device, because a smaller device is more versatile with how you can use it. And of course more affordable. Another reason is that this particular model uses a 5-watt dual chip LED which is more powerful than some much more expensive devices of the same size by other manufacturers. So this is something to look for when you shop for a Red Therapy device.

With 10 min front before and 10 back after the weightlifting workout , soreness is minimum next day. I don’t have too many wrinkles so don’t know how it helps but blackheads on nose have reduced and skin glows. Been going to work with just face cream and people have been saying my skin is glowing. No face powder or foundation. My cycle is back to being regular each month. I am 46 yrs and 5 feet. This size of Hooga panel covers me from forehead to knees if kept on my old dining chair. I stand 6 inches away.
